Hi Everyone,I recently closed on my first investment property and have contracted a painter to do the entire interior.

Just don't schedule the gardener/lawn guy when they are trying to do the roof, or the floor sanding when painters and working- common sense!

I am looking for some recommendations for interior painters that work in the Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, Lehigh Valley area.  

The current circuit breaker could be doing its job.Working with Electricity can be intimidating.Ask your neighbors for Referrals and interview skilled trades (plumber, painter, Carpenter, Roofing , drywall installer, bricklayer, concrete contractor, and floor installer in your area.

then you can use painter's caulk, and you never see a seam.  

Specifically, looking for folks that could be referenced for parts of a rehab (looking to BRRRR) - including: inspectors, GCs, plumbers, electricians, dry wall companies, painters, HVAC, roofing, siding, flooring, and ideally any local cabinet / supply companies (would rather spend money with local businesses than big box stores where possible).I am not looking to waste any of these people's time before I have a deal lined up, but did want to start collecting contacts once I have something and thought I would start early.Thanks for any references you can give!

I think I'm with @David D Painter in that the $10,000 could be put to much better use.  

I'm in need of a plumber and interior painter.  

Another lead generator for these off market deals are networking with landscapers, painters, town workers who are out through neighborhoods all day and offer a referral fee at closing when the property closes.
