Also, you have to be realistic about what the expenses are going to be, so that you know exactly how much extra you are going to have to come up with for the payments.You are not going to be able to invest fior cash flow in the Pacific Northwest.The trick is to find yourself a super bargain so that you go in with lots and lots of equity.I do not believe in investing in distrant states.
