Summer time, rates are higher as these guys are busy, so they tend to throw out big "if they pay great" numbers to control their business flow.I agree, if it's there and it was working, it needs to be fixed.   

This is a grind for sure, but you will thank your future self 5 years down the road when you actually have control of your time (which essentially is the reason people seek financial independence). 

As far at MTR, I would probably look at somewhere with growing population, strong economy, diverse industries within a 2 hour drive where you have more control.

and how he likes to know that I respect that he's the captain of the ship, and that I trust him (even when sometimes feel that I'm right, it'll still be ok for me to let it go & leave it to him); and how important it is to him that he thinks I'm provided for, protected, loved,  & even pleased & honored to be his wife / his first mate & even his cheerleader /.... and as time has passed, I realize it's OK for me to let go of the illusion of control that I thought I had; and how nice it feels to me to be able to relax and be taken care of;And how what a blessing it is to have a good man who wants to provide, protect, love and lead / be the head of our household;  and how that for many [most¿] men that I've ever known not feel like they are being disrespected, or manipulated, or undermined (esp. not by their wife).  

But many people like having a feel for what's going on at their property, and find controlling their reputation and product is easier with small or mid-sized buildings.

Why, because of the extra work on my part to administer the hold backs, draws, inspections, etc.Now I can offer rehab money if they are willing to accept a third-party funds control company.

I urgently need help to address this situation, regain control of my property, and seek legal action if necessary.

With my dreams of controlling a rental property next to me dashed due to poor home structure I started thinking this building used to be a home so why not flip it back to that and make some money off it!
