After several years investing as an accredited investor, I'm moving to building my own portfolio of SFH and small multi-family that I control and add tax and passive income benefits for additional investing. Open to properties around the country with PM management, but focusing currently on the South and Midwest. Glad to be here and looking forward to building and sharing knowledge along the way!
