If you proceed, understand you will most likely GET LESS for your property with a tenant as opposed to vacant.Why?

Hi all, curious what price you list your rental if you are targeting section 8. say fair market rent is $2000 do you list for rent at $1800 to accommodate the utility allowance or do you list at $2000 and understand that the voucher will be lowerlet me know what you think!
