It will need new kitchen flooring, new kitchen countertops/sink, possibly new kitchen appliances although I can probably make by with what is there, new vanity and bathroom sink, new bathroom floor, paint, new carpet, new doors, new vents and outlets, and thorough cleaning.Should I try to get a clean up crew in there to get rid of the junk (left behind by the movers).

There was a certain way the mover advised us to pour the footers for the foundation in order to please a bank in the future if someone wants to buy it with an FHA loan - something to look into if you do this in the future.
