I doubt your tenant has one.Also, in HUD ESA guidelines the Tenant must abide to any pet restriction or rule not affecting the ESA animal’s ability to provide support - like county license, vaccinations, leash, waste clean-up rules, or spay/neuter regulation. 

In my experience going after someone in the courts who is already trying to not be forthcoming with information typically results in more wasted time/energy/money on your end.

First thing I would do for Algona is check the hazardous waste list to be sure the lot has been affected.

This includes things like cutting down the grass and installing a drain in the basement.

If I was a newbie, I wouldn't have the volume or the wherewithal to protect the lender's money the way we do.We have a couple of groups that are trying to gain our business and have offered to cut rates below what we're currently paying.  

We then said that was fine, and they ghosted any further follow-ups, wasting roughly two weeks.
