I could be wrong here, but I think some of the glamping trend is fading.  

I keep seeing them on all of the HGTV makeover shows -- so my thought is people might THINK they want them because it's the trendy new thing for bathrooms, but once they use it they might hate it.

This trend is similar to what we are seeing in Reno, Nevada.

I feel like real estate agent has become an almost trendy job in recent years and have seen so many posts/comments about people working in the industry that I almost would tend to believe the industry was saturated if it weren't for the number of job ads I've seen recently. 

Seems like a trend is for other BP's to use unlicensed for handyman work, but to only use licensed for electrical, HVAC, roofing, and other higher risk of injury roles. 

Now a days I goto these cafes and most of the folks are new, trendy and have money.
