There is a bit of separating between the boards in the high-traffic areas.

Carpet in the bedrooms where there is less traffic and it is really nice to step on first thing in the morning.

And the drive is 1 1/2 hours each way if there is no traffic on the pike. 

While the #1 spot on Google used to get about 40% of the traffic that searched for that term, that number is on the decline.

NOT looking forward to the traffic! 

You will need to check and find out what all the costs to develop will be (plans, engineering, installation of utilities, school fees, permit fees, are there any other fees related to the project such as traffic impact fees, etc.?
