I definitely prefer the unit to be vacant and prefer being able to select my own tenant.  

We are planning to be careful with our selection process and will be going into any deal with our eyes open.

But, if you select the RIGHT Manager - the result could well EXCEED your expectations!

Regardless of what i select it shows me every investor in the US.  

Bank will underwrite the borrower & property will be evaluated once selected (similar to what cash buyers do).

Just need to be much more careful and conservative in your selection of deals and it requires more discipline, self motivation, and clear communication.

You are not trying to get equitable interest and claim to be buying for yourself or selling only to a "select group" of buyers.
