I had a hard time pulling the trigger because I've been deployed over 8 months every year for the last 5 years, and I just got extended at my current duty station, 1 more year sailing to Antarctica.

The market is gangbusters in San Antonio and I am thinking about selling my whole portfolio of turnkey properties (SFH's) with tenants to one investor and sail into the sunset at this point.However, and I probably need an attorney, but I'm getting mixed signals through my reading on the legal permissibility of selling when tenants are under leases.

What I expected to be smooth sailing ended up turning into basic rehab costing more than anticipated, the certificate of occupancy requiring work that cost an extra $2,000, and holding vacant for about 2 months longer than expected until we have a great tenant moving in with a 2 year lease on May 1.

I’m going to do whole sailing but need people to sell the contracts to!

I am excited as the deal would be smooth sailing as it's in the family the price is set.

A lot of people say the ship has sailed in Indy, but I think there’s still quite a bit of opportunity.

I have a similar question, "Am I out of my mind to try sailing across the pacific without knowing how to swim and no life preserver?"

Again, I have very little knowledge but I am ready to learn and set sail.

I’m really excited about getting started and really excited to gain from others :) Also if anyone has any suggestions I’ve been looking at options of whole sailing but not fully confident of starting there but with minimal to almost 0 dollars i know I’ve got to be creative :)
