😍😍Hi everyone!!!!! My name is Tonette Whitted. I’m new to the real estate world. Im a therapist currently and am dipping into the entrepreneurial world!!!! Im truly excited to network and connect with so many people. I’m about 40 mins north of Pittsburgh, Pa and am looking to purchase and resell my first property at least by February. I’ve done some research and some driving around to see vacant homes and homes for sale. Also going to my local courthouse tomorrow to find owners of some properties. I’m really excited about getting started and really excited to gain from others :) Also if anyone has any suggestions I’ve been looking at options of whole sailing but not fully confident of starting there but with minimal to almost 0 dollars i know I’ve got to be creative :)
