Hey Amanda- Investing in real estate can be a puzzle, especially in markets like San Diego where prices and rental returns might not align easily.

It doesn't need to be an attorney, but you need someone savvy in real estate, creative financing, and unraveling puzzles.

What puzzles me, is that there don't seem to be any pipelines being dug or thought towards a solution before there is a problem, and yet these areas are growing in population and the housing markets continue to perform well.
