Is there anything I can do to push this cost on the tenant somewhere or is this something I have to pay?

First time I've come across it and it sounds like they're going to be making a big push on it. 

However, that was because the jobs were here.However, with the push of jobs to other states, may make appreciation less likely.Best of luck in whatever you decide.

It's important to have some concerns because investing is a risk and it pushes you to be diligent.

Just be aware that lenders love to push these blanket loans cause they get paid on every new loan.
