Hi all,I've stumbled on Bigger Pockets while perusing real estate opportunities in the Dallas, TX area.

Perusing the internet led me to believe that I had to set up an LLC, so I'm glad to hear from you and a few others that I don't really need to do that right now (for the first property at least).

I joined the site a few months back perusing various blog posts and the forums to see if I was ready to dive into real estate.

I'm also looking at multiple express car washes as a possibility for a business investment with a partner already very successful in the biz.We plan to invest in more buy and hold and may do some f&f's with our son should he run across some opportunities as a general contractor who specializes in high end homes.I'd entertain and welcome the opportunity to meet with @Sharad M. sometime since he lives so close to me just to see if we have anything in common for some synergistic type investing which I'm also aggressively perusing this year. 

@Kevin Manz and others: I had previously tried to just peruse a certain number of listings daily and reach out directly to the selling agent in order to schedule a viewing.

I perused homes in the Morrisville region earlier today.
