Hello, I'm seeking a mortgage on a property that was purchased in a recent sheriff sale, property located in Union City, NJ.I've been assured that that are local banks that will underwrite mortgages even on the basis of an external appraisal (can't get  an internal one because I can't get in the property yet).Any ideas on which these "local banks" may be? 

Probably a broker, but I don't think that's a critical component.

Would anyone be able to say, which components are overpriced? 

-Ask what needs repaired (related to pain points - the seller will likely minimize the issues but he/she will internalize all the issues)I typically make an offer first.

Once you have a property under contract have it inspected to determine the current condition and life expectancy of all major components and appliances.  

I am going to need to listen to it a couple more times to internalize all the content.

I'm currently the GM for a welding automation company in the Oil & Gas market that is tied into a larger international manufacturing group. 

Most national brokerages have an extensive network - nationwide and international - that the average develop/investor can not compare with. 

You need to find a lender that doesn't have any internal overlays.
