I get the distinct impression that this board fosters that environment unlike other boards I have read.I'm married with small kids and was born and raised in California.

Educate and assist another who is in a similar position as I am at the moment.I look forward to interacting and networking with whomever is open to making money.

Most people in foreclosure are not doing well with interacting with the real world, and it can prove to be very challenging just to find the owners and get them to listen to you for 2 minutes.
