You are required to get insurance anyhow which will protect against 99% of any claims.If you are really concerned I would search around on here to see if you can find an instance where insurance didn't have enough coverage to protect someone.

This past few years they added a few things to their inspection though...for instance every sink must have a stopper, so I buy a package of the rubber ones each go round 'just in case' .
