Rentals are great though in the city and such as Brian eluded to his Elmwood village which is a REALLY hot spot and more areas coming up too as the city finally gets off its arse and starts to redevelop itself and our waterfront.

I’m sure the 1990’s wallpaper and laminate countertops didn’t help.The Bentonville area seems to be the hot spot with the desirable schools and proximity to Walmart HQ, but you will pay a premium.
