Just wanted to say Hi to the BP community and give a little info about myself. My name is Dave and I am a rehabber and licensed real estate agent from the Buffalo NY area. Been a general contractor also for the past 25+ years doing all aspects of construction. Stumbled across your community a couple weeks ago and did a bunch of reading and decided it was time to join up and say HI and thanks for all the great info!
