Sounds like someone who is still looking to wholesale but more co-wholesale; they're going to grab someone else's deal and send it to buyers without actually having the deal under contract themselves

If someone was living in my personal house and not paying/stealing/staying past their lease, I'd simply grab their stuff and toss it in boxes and put it on the porch when they're not home and then change the locks...

I use propstream to skip trace but there are a lot of good ones out there.We should grab a drink or meal, I would be happy to help.

You might be able to skim through lots of shows until you hear a topic that really grabs your attention.

Just off the numbers alone, I would not pull the trigger on any investment that does not immediately cash flow, unless future appreciation or immediate equity grab (i.e buying at a discount) is guaranteed.
