I was simply going to have an electronic lock on the dividing door (there are 2 separate entrances), and give them access based on # of people.I don't plan on renting them out individually, it'll simply be either access to only the main part of the 1/2 cabin or the entire thing with the number of people. 

There is a separate entrance so the other 40% of the warehouse can be occupied by a different tenant if wanted.

You mean get a house for $500k in Guelph for example, turn it into 2 entrances , and charge try to charge up to $5k in rents (1%) - I guess $3k for 1 and $2k for another?

I cut in an entrance to the home I currently live in and fenced off a separate part of my yard to make a basement apartment. 

I mean separate entrance, two electrical panels, a spot for two kitchens, 6br and 3.5 bath.  

@Daniel Ryu we generated leads through MH Village, Craigslist, Facebook, our website and adding a sign with a phone number at the park entrance. 

This matters because of the cold air return/venting calculations for carbon monoxide/dioxide emitting  heat sources.Pics would be helpful - is there no way to make another entry point to the mechanical room, close off the entrance to it from the bedroom and add a separate closet? 

The in-law suite/apt would have its own entrance and would be fire safe with multiple windows.

The other guy and I worked out a deal since he had an exterior entrance. 

Has a closet and a door or an entrance where a door could be reasonably installed; ande.
