You definitely need people who are motivated..not just houses with problems..you need owners with bigger problems..show them how you will solve their problem..they will be much more receptive to you...you shouldn't want to get in front of them...imho..it's confrontational..get beside them...you should be on their side..

These folks don't usually tend to be super comfortable with confrontation, like the people that turn up in most of these threads seem to be.I have a family member like this right now.. doctor has recommended an ESA for years (the highly trained service animal type), but the anxiety of asking for a special accommodation would be a real challenge, even without all the fakers.
