I believe investing in real estate is one way to begin doing that and I am truly excited to learn everything I can.My current plan is to gather multifamily residences in my local Southern New Jersey area as cash flowing rentals and to flip single family homes for investment income, all with the goal in mind to eventually attain financial freedom.

Just wondering how was your experience attaining your MS in Real Estate?

If your family's goal is truly financial independence, and getting their in the most attainable and efficient way possible, then I would shift money from your stocks into RE, and better allocate current RE holdings.

  :) I'm currently taking online classes to attain a real estate license and I felt that it would be beneficial to begin gathering information from seasoned individuals in an effort to make this a positive experience!

Would it be wise to attain a license as an agent or broker to further my knowledge of real estate transactions?

I am thinking a flip is going to be the most attainable solution to start but I don't know what financing I could get when I have the down payment.
