Intro of a Newbie from Baltimore, MD

Hey guys,

Found BP from a friend and read a some of the blog posts (they're awesome btw). I started in real estate buying my mother a home (long story) which she rents from me now. I've worked in the construction field and am a project manager/estimator by trade; but have always had a passion for finance. I'm currently working on professional licenses in the financial field and am going to switch over full time pretty soon. My goal is to start with my first investment property and work up to buying ten a year. Can't wait to hear from you and to get started investing!
