I have been through numerous CRM reviews but many seem to be affiliate/promotions in disguise or at least lack objective comparative context. 

Just makes it easier to set your own price instead of being stuck in a market that is over priced or lacking inventory.

I agree that Florida's appeal has been its relative affordability and lack of state income tax, and seeing that advantage diminish is concerning.

But, unfortunately, most people ordering appraisals these days (typically AMCs - appraisal management companies) don't pay enough for good appraisers to accept their assignments, and therefore, many appraisal reports lack good results.

ADUs are really evolving, especially on the west coast where some states and cities are making it easy to build them and, in fact, incentivizing them because of the lack of affordable housing.

I personally would give all of my complaints and responses to prospective tenants, but whether that would protect you from liability I have no idea.might want to contact your local newspaper about the lack of city response.

There are many different successful strategies depending on your cash, borrowing ability, rehab skills, time, local contacts, or lack of any or all of them.

I was just trying to see if there was anything on the market thats simple to plug and play especially with offer templates designed and already integrated to send out as blind offers.For lead gen I do run an agency so generating buyer leads wont be an issue.

The communication (lack there-of) with the PM is an issue but I'd travel there myself and see what's completed.
