Call every number on every website you find (skip the big national ones).

@Meaghan Lugo I suggest doing some research on national and regional age demographics over the next 10, 20 and 30 yrs.

There is no national GAP funder outlet. 

I have a house for rent and have been approached by a Blue Orion (blueorion.co) that wants to lease and sublet it to corporate clients.

We managed 20 rentals while working full time corporate jobs.  

Any business or corporate entity looking to execute residential projects on a certain scale (which is sort of a regulated activity) either has to obtain a license (for the entity) or contract/retain a general contractor.

My cabin is in a better location of Sugarloaf, it's walking distance to national forest, over 1k square foot home, and the lots across the street aren't developed so it feels less crowded. 

The note which represented the major part of the purchase price was secured by the business In general but was more like a corporate bond.
