I say in general because if the apartment is located near colleges for instance or in attractive downtown areas where millennials want to be, a higher mix of one bedroom and studios can work and may be the play for that submarket.

This neighborhood is a smaller one but developers are all over it turning it into a paradise for urban millennials who make good money freelancing or working from home, as it has an awesome walkable area and doesn't cost nearly as much as the more developed neighborhoods.

A lot of times, these are growing areas because millennials are attracted by the lower cost of living.D-neighborhoods are where you start seeing a lot more neglect and crime rates start going up.
