Looking to redesign a kitchen layout and design the layout for a unfinished basement is there a app/website I can use?

There’s apps you can use and pay monthly for that offer listings like that in certain areas, don’t think it is in PA though.

There is also an app called dealmachine app (google it) you can use it to look up owner info on the spot and call them while you're there if they don't answer the door.The only other advice I have is to ask them before you leave if it is okay for you to keep in touch with them and see if anything has changed in a month.

I might be wrong, but I believe the models I have will only allow 1 phone to connect and control the unit with the app - so taking control of the thing while the tenant is gone might be kind of a logistical problem - with you having to log out so the tenant can log in.  

@Chase Cline- I think Tina is looking for an app that will sync both calendars together automatically.

I can not find a tech problem link on the app or site.

We prefer to keep it app based so that we can utilize our smart phones as opposed to going through a costly fixed video intercom monitor in each unit. 

It offers everything (rent collection, maintenance, communication) and seems to have a better mobile app than other services, but I don't know anyone with experience using it.
