Wall Street thought we were going to get six- eight rate reductions this year we’ve seen none so far and stagflation is setting in , the Fed is trapped , if they reduce rates now , inflation could catch on fire if they increase them again too much something in the economy will break I think we’re in this holding pattern for one to two years personally, I don’t claim to be a macro economic expert, but I do study it quite a bit and I’m not counting on or expecting rates to come down anytime soon and even if they do, they’ll just be small quarter-point rate hikes not enough to make a huge difference in cashflow, so ..I either hold and if they do decrease rates, there will  probably be another asset inflation bubble, which will increase my appreciation, or my cell and deploy the capital more wisely and look for some market softening and buy a good deal

Especially with STR, you need things fixed ASAP, can't wait on warranty claims to get processed.  

Although the Prop mgr claimed late payments, that was false.

At 5% apr or .0001 per day  TC claims it manages 500,000 properties if average rent is $500 that equals ~$35,000 a day in interest. 

I could see a multi $ million claim on one of those things in a resort-type setting. 

Right now, we have no marketplace for, and no way of verifying the license and background of the individuals who claim to be contractors on our site.

If you can prove that the $101,700 mortgage was in fact paid off, then you have a legitimate claim.

Maybe I just have bad agents   My 2 thoughts on this are1) Maybe you haven't found a good agent, or the right agent for you.2) Maybe you have unrealistic expectations for the market, thus leading to a high number of offers with no deals closing from them.Also, #2 there, doesn't necessarily preclude #1 from being true.
