No matter what you do with a site make certain every form, telephone number or chat feature have campaigns attached.  

Just like there is a national telephone Do Not Call list, there's also a Do Not Mail and Do No Contact list. 

All of my deals have come from the telephone.

If you've already spoken with them on the phone, it's best to keep in touch with them via telephone (as long as you're comfortable).

Anyway, I asked everyone in the room how many people they had in their telephone under contacts (their COI).

I would want a telephone number that I can attach a drip mms campaign to when callers call me based upon who they are.Remember it is much cheaper to do business with people you you know then who you dont know.
