The team/agent community is highly competitive and if they were lying there would literally be hundreds of complaints from other teams to the real estate commission from these.Also the top teams are typically listed by a number of different reporting agencies such as realtrends, the wall Street journal etc.

And Spruce Street is where I avoid.  

Just did a drive through DP the other day and the first street, I swear the first 25 houses were identical.  

Driver around all the streets and look for vacant houses.

I checked into what I thought was two on a lot in Little Rock, AR:  6618 and 6630 West 30th Street.  

There is a house that sold last year and was remodeled across the street and I'm fairly certain it is being rented now.

Similar in size, bedrooms, bathrooms, street and any other unique features.

But, they are difficult to sell because many condos come with a space and rental spaces are ubiquitous. so just somebody wanting to buy a space isn't on every street corner. 

Hit the streets!

Another four plex down the street just sold for 230k turnkey but it was very out dated and each unit is 2 bed 2 bath.
