He told me that the harder I work the more I will achieve so right now I am working hard to show that his belief in me was not a mistake.

You do a hand off and check in when it closes as they have their own departments for everything versus a newbie that knows nothing and needs help with everything.I am fine to help with my clients as when they close on something I am generally making 6 figures in commission per transaction and hopefully creating a lifelong relationship now and into the future.Contrary to popular belief commercial brokers are not desperate for business.

As long as we both have the understanding that the terms I'm quoting are based on this presumed score and will change accordingly with that score then I don't see any reason to issue a hard pull before we are ready to really pull the trigger. or like @Tom S. said I will go ahead and pull the credit if I have a firm belief that I'll be the only one doing so. 

It is my belief that the reason for my hesitance is the lack of first hand experience and behind the scenes type of knowledge.I am here to offer my time and assistance for any active Investor in the Kitchener-Cambridge area to allow me to tag along and witness first hand how the magic is created.

There is belief that the world may be heading for a downturn  and it may only get worse.

@Brent CoombsHey Brent ,Yes I like the BRRR strategy and have plenty of good information to validate it. my significant other had a great experience with on a vacation rental and Has a very strong belief in it.

As far as loss of value, when I sold property in CA that had hospice deaths of elderly people who choose to die at home the realtor said that any Asian purchasers, due to religious beliefs, would not be interested in buying the house. 

As a former journalist for 10 years -- beat that, Mr. 6 Years Prosecutor -- I found people often confused their beliefs about the "rightness" of a law with the law's applicability.
