With TOU service you charge it at night for 5-7c/kw and use it during the day to arbitrage the price difference.

Hi BP, i’m curious if anyone has moved an electrical meter without upgrading service. i recently upgraded a meter and was forced to move it to a new location however now i can’t pass inspection because the service enters the building before the meter (only good route to get to new meter was indoors) i really want to avoid a new electrical drophas anyone found a way to enter the building before metering?

They wont connect service in a unit (had service before turnover) because they're upgrading service.

.: I would only buy single family homes in the best locations I could afford rather than messing with multifamily and less great locations, and I would use my local credit union for loans because they keep them in-house and service them in-house, so that I wouldn’t have to deal with loans being passed around among all the sketchy loan servicing companies.
