Frontier internet service won't service unit

Long story short: 5 unit multifamily set up with frontier internet. They wont connect service in a unit (had service before turnover) because they're upgrading service. Update timeline unknown.

Long version:  All other 4 unit have frontier service. Had turnover and the new tenant can't get service because they say theyre not providing that kind of service any more. Now, they have no idea when the new service will start. So now I have a tenant complaining about the lack of service.

Any one deal with this before? Any advice?

Ive called and spoke to a variety of people. They all say the same thing. ''There's nothing we can do. You can't get service''

Does your lease state you're providing internet for the tenants?

Another option would be to consider Starlink.
