I’ve always be interested in real estate.I want to know if minoring in either of these degrees would even work for me or if it’ll be more productive to go into construction management since I’ve heard a lot of RED start in that route.Any advice is appreciated

I'll echo the above comment - most DSCR products should work here if the financials of the deal are good.
