I know there are investment platforms where sponsors can connect with investors, often at a premium, but I’m curious about other proven methods that don’t involve purchasing a list of accredited investors.For those of you who have successfully raised capital, what approaches have worked best for you?

I dont think just because she says she’s going to encourage an additional 3MM homes to be built per year means it will reach a lot of areas in this country just as others have pointed out.

There is a cheaper program with access to the course modules, online platform but you have to pay $200 an hour to talk to a coach.

This industry of wholesaling has an absolutely disgusting practice of encouraging “wholesalers” with no money, no job, and no income, to get a “proof of funds letter”.

Getting the sellers profiles sounds good, but not generally allowed.This might bight you later when the platforms realize you are not the original owners.I'd get everyone's contact info and tell them you are setting up new profiles under your name with your bank account etc. and ask them to rebook under the new profiles.Then I would offer discount pricing to start with to get more reviews and build your brand.
