We have the normal social media ads rolling, email drip campaigns running, etc.What are your thoughts on reigniting the momentum?

Networking with other local investors, agents, and vendors is a great way to start to build your momentum and team.

The result is our lending criteria.All businesses, but especially any entity in the market of renting a commodity (in our case, money), must develop a competitive advantage.

I've spoken to some conventional lenders and I want to avoid shelling out 40-45K cash to close with 25% down, which is essentially all of my liquid cash and would kill momentum to purchase other deals in the short term.

Finally getting some momentum.

There is momentum in general so values would hold on commercial.

These have happened all in the last year so trying to build up and keep the momentum going.Our current STR is located in New Smyrna Beach Florida and does very well from a monthly cash flow perspective.
