Crowdfunding Plateau - How to jumpstart traction

Happy Wednesday BiggerPockets!

My team and I have have a crowdfunding campaign we're running for predevelopment capital on a tiny home community project we're working on. We have the property under contract and have the cooperation of the jurisdiction. Our engineers are progressing on the required documentation. We had a great start on the initial launch but it seems that we've plateaued and I'm trying to figure out how we can give it a needed push to get us to the $107,000 goal. We have the normal social media ads rolling, email drip campaigns running, etc.

What are your thoughts on reigniting the momentum?
