I wouldn't spend time building a list of a hundred, just find a hot deal first. 

We use a Snapper 8 horse gas blower and it will go through three feet of snow like a hot knife through butter....if you do the blowing in the early morning before the sun hits the snow and makes it heavier.  

I'm from DC and know the city pretty well (the entire city, not just the currently hot or trendy neighborhoods), so happy to assist folks who are less familiar.

Frankly, the Boston market is generally way too hot for me.  

You will find a lot of markets that make so much more sense than the insane areas like the Bay Area and NYC but also watch out for the "hot" ones since that's where everyone has gone. 

Problem is the upstairs gets super hot while the downstairs stays colder in the winter.  

They won't stay if they can't plug in a cell phone without tripping a breaker or if the neighbors use all the hot water and they end up taking a cold shower.

Split metering for gas heating and hot-water might be a pricier but good longer-term investment.Thoughts?
