I agree that the media negative on investors and "flipping" does in deed cause harm to our bottom lines through new government rules, laws, regulations, hinderences, etc. and it is important that we do have a "voice".

Third party entities are closed on Holidays, they have glicks in their programs and sometimes the technology isn't compatible with our software program and so that can hinder us in our business, especially when doing an eviction as time is of the essence.

I did this with great success starting my career I only sold land.. and my fee was 10 to 25%  .. the folks that say license is a hinderance are usually worried about unconcenable  profit claims but you can get those being unlicensed as well if someone brings that claim license or no licesne they can still sue you if you tell them their 200k house is only worth 100k..

When I worked the residential side years ago it was about getting to the sellers FIRST above anything else.Usually the first person is the one sellers gravitate toward doing business with.So for example if you mail out postcards on a continual basis over time it will create a snow ball affect.Sadly many newbies to marketing use a "one and done" approach.Meaning they get so excited they start to big and not targeted enough and run out of cash before the business takes off.The number one failure of businesses is not having the capital to grow and implement action items that hinder growth.
