You can use this to buy a property, refinance the money out and buy more in the same fashion (please do your research) and when you reach a certain level of cash flow that more than pays your bills then you could quit your job if you want to.

I have sent the security deposit back to them in a timely fashion(which they already accepted) and only deducted 1/2 the cost of damages in the property since they were so cooperative in their move out, which I regret already.

@Ayannah Nyzhari' Chapman, If a seller is asking you "Are you still in the market," I would think they are assuming that you already do deals in some fashion.
