I currently own a rental in Eastern Tennessee that I purchased via my SDIRA.

If it were in eastern MA at this point in time (late 2018 for future readers), it would be a big issue.

I just closed on my 3rd buy and hold property since Aug 2016 in eastern long island.

that Awesome Eastern bank has a system like this where you can get a property with out down payment if the value left over higher then the 25%
