If you can qualify for it, get a HELOC or HELOAN on those properties.Or find a creative private/hard money lender that can tap into that equity in 2nd lien position or to cross-collateralize them with the purchase of the new property and use that equity towards your cash to close so you can buy that next deal without much cash out of pocket.

If the paid versions are accurate, then it might be worth the $15-$30 monthly for the ease that the data is shown with just typing in an address and bedroom count

Also people that can't live in east palo alto/livermore they move to central valley, that itself is also causing price to rise. yes simply cross the bridge from Singapore to Malaysia and you will encounter the same situation.
