However, I am an Author a ghostwriter and life coach.

From what I have seen over the years I am able to better work with tenants than the typical realtor who does not have that experience and doesn't know how to coach and get tenants on their side. 

I also heard coaches detest lemon juice and lemon peels. 

Don't know if you play tennis but my son does and I pick it up after him and the coach and I keep telling him keep it simple, no need to complicate your swings and he does gets it. 

A few years ago I took a more serious look at this and start diligently researching....books, podcasts, forums, talking with those already investing, mentor coaching, etc.
