Bummed we missed this - any plans to do another meet up in the Winston Salem or Greensboro area in August or September?

The camera in the back covers a small porch/hang-out area and then the rest of the backyard is a patio that is not visible on the camera.Will this camera in the back bum guests out?

There are good tenants out there, don't let a couple of bums sour you on renting your place.

If you want to be successful at texting, as an agent, send direct one-to-one texts to connect with people and get to know them instead of spamming them with fake messages designed to induce them to do something.

Looking into Blair Halver's Wealthy Beach Bum Program - "Business in a Box" - no money down strategy targeting distressed sellers using creative financing and lease options. 

. - I cannot imagine if demand continues to increase relative to supply; whether it is interest rate induced or not. 

I bought it to use as a ski bum hang out, but the snow never really developed.
