Blair Halver - Wealthy Beach Bum Program

Looking into Blair Halver's Wealthy Beach Bum Program - "Business in a Box" - no money down strategy targeting distressed sellers using creative financing and lease options.  Maybe similar to Brandon Turner's "No Money Down" approach? Program Sells for around $1,500 for the scripts and access.  May be the program attached to his 5 hours to wealth book and "free bonuses".  

Anyone else seen this webinar? Thoughts?
