I would rather own a home in Class A area for 20 years over Class C and can probably with high confidence say that you will be in a much better spot later in life with Class A vs.

Unfortunately, I'm not allowed to attend any seminars or classes (due to budgeting issues), and I can't study for a real estate agent liscense and join a club until I'm 18.

And then I had to reply just because I had to prove to the community that I'm not a complete ignorant and take the extra time to do it with a bit of class (I included a link to this thread).Since I've been in the forum, I believe I've been one of the main contributors to the international forum and this has been a big part of my contribution bucket.

Both across the country and in different asset classes so that the information is applicable to many people.

I know you said your property is mixed-use, but what asset class specifically? 

A agent recommended FL 322O9, but it looks to me it is a D class neighborhood.

I also focus on affordable C class housing.

The C class neighborhoods are taking a bit longer but not terrible
