We did send out another request late last night and that company already called us this morning and asked when they could come out to view the properties.

The other lot is empty with terraced gardens and has mountain views. 

The view is not spectacular, and each unit has 2 floors with a backyard.

Heard some agents & PMs pitches, but really don't agree with their views given how intimate I am with this city among others.

Solid advice and realistic view.

Look into areas like San Mateo, Redwood City, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, and San Jose.
