., I believe services like apartments.com that manage secure ACH transfers between the tenants account and yours usually offer an option for the tenant to have their payments reported to a credit bureau.

I currently use Tenant Cloud, but they just announced fees for all ACH transactions.

You could put your own squatters in the property and give them a taste of their own medicine, but that may not be legal and I can't advise you to do something illegal.
